We got back on track with Lego challenges this past month. I was really impressed with some of the things they came up with! And… I promise Big Brother does NOT wear the same clothes every day.
This will be the final Monthly Lego Challenge that I will be putting out (at least for now). I hope you’ve enjoyed them. Feel free to check out the past Challenges.

My kids TOTALLY abandoned the lego challenges this month! I don’t blame them… we had a CRAZY month… lots of sickness, a two year old hospitalized with pneumonia, field trips, enrichment classes, Big Brother’s birthday. It was a busy time!!!
I thought I’d give them another chance with the challenges and put together a calendar for April.

February already ?!?! I don’t know about you, but I have had the hardest time getting on track with homeschool since the new year. We’ve been sick! sick! sick! I was the latest victim… and let me tell you… when mom is sick, you may as well just pack it up and call it a day. Nothing got done. The fact that my children were fed and the house was still standing is a miracle!
Here is the calendar of daily challenges for February. In honor of the Winter Olympics, most of the challenges are Olympic Themed. Enjoy. Click on the link BELOW the image for the printable version!

I must say that adding daily building challenges to our homeschool day has been a hit. The kids look forward to the challenge each day. We’ve even started a group on Facebook where the families who are participating can share their creations. The kids love seeing what other kids are building. Here are some of my favorites from the August challenge.
