Ok… not completely Wordless. I just have to take a moment to say that Monday was one of those days that I just couldn’t get myself motivated. I don’t know what was going on, but I just couldn’t pull it together to do school or much of anything else.
Thankfully it was a beautiful day and my wonderful husband came home early. We loaded the kids in the car and headed to one of the many local hiking trails near where we live. The fresh air does wonders for my soul. I absolutely love the mountains.
How do you regroup on tough days?

I do love sunflowers. I love how they turn their faces to the sun. Watching our sunflowers follow the sun during the day is a real treat. The way a sunflower behaves is such an example. I mean, shouldn’t we, like the sunflower, turn our faces to the Son?
I’ve never thought about it before, but Psalm 30: 5b reminds me of sunflowers…
